1. Mobile Messaging Program Consent
By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from Louisiana Health and Prosperity Initiative PAC:

STOP Command
To stop receiving messages, text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from the Program unless you opt back in.

2. Eligibility
By participating in the Program, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian permission to participate.
You own or have permission to use the mobile phone number provided.
